What started in 1985 as a small party supply store in Lexington, Kentucky—with just two tents and a few tables and chairs—has grown into one of the Southeast’s most trusted names in event infrastructure. Founded by my father and built through decades of hands-on work, innovation, and customer commitment, that humble beginning laid the foundation for what we are today.

Now more than 40 years later, GOFF Tents & Events is a leading manufacturer and full-service rental provider for tents, tables, chairs, linens, lighting, staging, pipe and drape, and dance floors. We support weddings, corporate events, festivals, private celebrations, and large-scale productions of every kind throughout Central Kentucky and beyond.

A question we hear often is how we’re able to offer such competitive pricing while maintaining exceptional quality. The answer is simple—and strategic. In 1990, we made the decision to manufacture our own tents. By controlling the design, materials, and production process, we’re able to deliver premium structures at a lower cost and pass those savings directly to our clients. That commitment to efficiency and value remains a core part of our business today.
